There are no hidden charges on any O Markaz purchase. However you should check with your bank to see if they apply any transaction/processing fees.
Yes! All purchases inclusive of tax vary on your country.
We offer a full refund on all Eligible items ( Sale or Promotional items can’t be refund ) within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund item must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
As per the “User Agreement “all Promotional products purchases are final and no refunds are given under any circumstances
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at ( support@omarkaz.com ) with you order details and problem in product. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instruction on how to return your item.
Once we receive your return item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Only the registered account holder, or (and at our discretion), any individual with ‘Power of Attorney ‘can collect the registered account holders prize. National ID or passport are the only acceptable forms of identification.
To check your ticket status, login to your account and click on the ” Track Your Lottery ” bar, the status of your ticket will be displayed.
O Markaz does not store nor save any sensitive Credit/Debit Card information on its servers. Credit/Debit Card details that are registered with us are stored securely through the ” Stripe ” secure online payment gateway. For further information please click here.
